Every Coco and Skin order is covered for 30 days from delivery. If you are not genuinely satisfied, contact us through our contact page or email support@cocoandskin.com with your order number and we will refund 100% of your purchase price. No return shipping, no forms: you keep the product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The guarantee covers one refund per order. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.
